Reminders that escalate in tone

You set the steps once: a pre-due notice, a friendly reminder, a firm one, a formal one, then collection if you enable it.

  • Each step is set before or after the due date.
  • Payment link and late-payment mentions depending on the setting.
  • A client can be excluded from reminders from their record.

Your unpaid invoices, sorted by age

Frequently asked questions

How do my clients pay online?

They open the public invoice page and pay by card. No account is needed.

Who pays the payment fees?

Two fees apply to online payment: those of the payment provider, described in its terms, and the 2% FacturX fee on collected payments.

Can I turn automatic reminders off?

Yes. The reminder policy is enabled and configured per company, and collection is a separate option.

How are DSO and the aged balance computed?

From the same invoices and payments as the rest of the application. The aged balance groups open amounts by how late they are.

Does the forecast replace my accounting?

No. It is a 13-week cash projection, not an accounting statement.

Is my payment data stored?

FacturX does not store card numbers. The payment provider processes the transaction, FacturX keeps the amount, status and allocation.
