How to turn a PDF into a valid electronic invoice

Since 1 September 2026 a plain B2B PDF is no longer an e-invoice: accepted formats must embed EN 16931 structured data. This converter uses the same pipeline as our SaaS: your CII XML (BASIC profile) is embedded into your existing PDF, requalified as PDF/A-3b with Factur-X XMP metadata — the hybrid file certified platforms require.

Conversion requires a valid XML first: if you don't have one, use our generator or fix what our validator flags. Nothing is stored after you download the result.
