Supplier invoices land here
Your inbox collects the electronic invoices received through your platform, with their status.
- Receipt, acknowledgement and integration tracked invoice by invoice.
- The PDF and the XML stay attached to the document.
- No re-entry to find a supplier or an amount.
VAT e-reporting, without a spreadsheet
FacturX collects the B2C and international transactions of the period, prepares the return and transmits it.
- Period, transactions, excl. VAT and VAT amounts computed from your invoices.
- Submission and status on the same page.
- Unreported transactions stay visible.
Verifiable compliance
Each point can be checked in the generated document or in the documentation.
- CII and UBL · Two XML formats, generated from the same data.
- PDF/A-3 · The XML is embedded in a PDF/A-3, not attached alongside it.
- BR-01 to BR-66 · EN 16931 rules are applied at generation.
- 18-column FEC · Accounting export in the format your accountant expects.
- BT-23 and BT-22 mentions · Transaction category and payment terms on French invoices.
- Continuous numbering · The number is assigned at issuance, never when the draft is created.
When sending (Advanced plan), FacturX delivers the invoice to your client through its built-in certified platform (superPDP) and the data to the tax authority - e-reporting included.
Meanwhile, your invited accountant (Accountant role) finds all your invoices in their dedicated portal - no email copy needed.
What changes day to day
No more double entry
The invoice leaves once and feeds tracking, reminders and accounting.
No more status to ask for
Transmission and receipt are tracked from the invoice page.
No more invisible rejections
A rejection stays visible with its reason, instead of sleeping in a mailbox.
Frequently asked questions
Who is affected by electronic invoicing?
Every company established in France, as soon as it invoices a French company. Receiving has been mandatory since September 2026; issuing rolls out in waves in 2026 and 2027.
What happens if my client has no platform?
The invoice is sent to your approved platform, which handles routing to the recipient. The transmission status stays visible in FacturX.
What happens to a rejected invoice?
It keeps its number and its content. You correct it with a credit note if needed, then issue a new numbered invoice.
How can I check that an invoice is compliant?
FacturX generates the EN 16931 XML and checks it before sending. The free validator lets you check a file you already have.
Can I send a plain PDF?
A PDF without XML is not a compliant electronic invoice. FacturX generates the XML from the invoice data, you do not write XML by hand.
Where are the formats and statuses documented?
In the public documentation: CII and UBL formats, PDF/A-3, transmission statuses and error codes.
