BR-IC-01 - VAT group "Intra-community supply" (K) missing or repeated

An invoice that uses category K on a line, an allowance or a charge carries exactly one K group in the VAT breakdown (BG-23).

The breakdown is computed by hand, or two groups of one category are written for two reasons; sometimes a group stays while no line uses it.

How to fix
